Rental Agreement

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% of prepayments is refundable when canceled within 48 hours of booking or 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

If for any reason, NapNNosh B&B is unable to confirm the booking, the full amount of the reservation deposit will be returned.

For the summer of 2023, NapNNosh B&B reserves the right to cancel the rental due to COVID restrictions and recommendations as provided from the ONCDC. In this case 100% of the rental fee that has been paid would be refunded to the RENTER.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

The GUEST understands that check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.

DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY:

The GUEST agrees to pay NapNNosh for any damages to the premises and property, including, but not limited to, furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of the GUEST’S occupancy. Damages will not include normal wear and use.

SUBLETTING:

The GUEST may not sublet or transfer this agreement without written consent of NapNNosh.

The GUEST must be present with any guests on the property.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PERMITTED TO OCCUPY THE PROPERTY:

The RENTER understands that the maximum number of persons to occupy the premises is limited to the number specified on the rental booking. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless previously agreed to by NapNNosh B&B.

ACCIDENT OR INJURY:

NapNNosh.and/or the OWNER shall not be responsible for any accident or injuries occurring to theGUEST, or guests of the GUEST, on the rental property or premises.

No smoking of any kind inside the house

No special events are permitted during the rental period (i.e., weddings, reunions, etc.), without prior approval of NapNNosh.

EXCLUSIONS

The GUEST further agrees that they will not hold NapNNosh.and/or the OWNER responsible for damages to the GUEST’S personal property resulting from fire, lightning, rain, flood, or other natural disasters not listed.

TERMINATION OF GUEST AGREEMENT BY NAPNNOSH 

The GUEST certifies that he/she has carefully read the limitations that NapNNosh and the OWNER have set forth in this contract. If the GUEST violates any of the conditions of this agreement, or limitations outlined, NapNNosh and/or the OWNER may terminate this agreement and enter the premises by force or statutory proceedings and ensure that the GUEST vacates the property immediately, in which case any monies paid by the GUEST will be forfeited by the GUEST as liquidated damages.

GUEST

The GUEST hereby agrees to reimburse NapNNosh and the OWNER for any penalty that may be imposed on NapNNosh and/or the OWNER by any court or alternative body by reason of any violation upon the premises through fault of the GUEST therein, his/her family members or guests.

BY BOOKING AND PAYING FOR THE RENTAL, THEGUEST CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS SPECIFIED IN THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT.
