How many rooms are avaialble to choose from?

We have three individual suites to choose from:

An additional room is available on the ground floor for visitors who cannot climb stairs. Please contact us to inquire.

Can I book all your rooms for an event?

Yes, you can. All the shared spaces are available to your party, and the kitchen can be made available by request.

Guests are welcome to book all 3 rooms if they are availble through our online booking system.

Please contact us directly for all other specific inquiries.

Do you allow walk-in bookings?

We welcome walk-in bookings based on the availability.

Please contact us directly to confirm room availability before arrival.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please see our rental agreement policy for more detials.

Can I reschedule my booking?

A $25 Admin fee will be applied for rescheduling based on availability.

Cancellation policy applies to days unable to be accommodated. See our rental agreement for more details.

I did not receive my confirmation email after booking. What should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 1 hour of booking, please check your spam or junkmail folder before contacting us. Please be prepared to provide your booking details.

During Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4:00 PM ET
Check-out: 12:00 PM ET

Upon arrival, guests can enter from the west door for check-in, and use either that or the front door to enter and exit the house as desired.

We have free parking on the property when you enter the driveway to the west of the house.

Please contact us if you will be arriving later than the 4:00 PM check-in time.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you are more than welcome to extend your stay with us!
(Subject to room availability for the requested dates)

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM daily

Is free parking available?

We have free parking on the property when you enter the driveway to the west of the house.

Is free wifi internet available?

Yes, complimentary wifi internet is available to all guests during their stay.
